This short and simple handbook (currently out of print) will be available soon to members. Members are enouraged to use and send in their feedback for next edition.

HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL CHARTER AFFILIATE

The AIM is now beocme an Affiliate of HUMAITY INTERNATIONAL CHARTER.  The HIC is dedicated to reducing the economic and education gaps between the haves and the havenots via training training programs through its Affiliates.

AFFILIATES enjoy full benefits of HIC under its Charter and mission.


PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP

The Accrediting Committee reviewes and accredits members in the following categories:

ASSOCITAE

A member who has a BA degree akin to management, public administration or similar field or has at least 5 years of management experience may be accredited as an Associate and shall pay an annual feel of $US20. An Associate may use AAIM after his or her name.

MEMBER

Any member who has been an Associate for at least for 2 years or has a Master's Degree or has served on AIM Board or other similar position or has been a senior executive in public administration or corporation or has been an instructor or trainer in management studies or personnel development program for at years two years or any person who has written extensively on management in any reputable magazines or has authored books on management or personnel development may be accredited as a Member of AIM and may use MAIM after his or her name. Such members shall pay an annual membership fee of $US30.

FELLOW/PHD EQUIVALENCY 

Any person who is a Fellow of any other Institute of has a PhD degree and has at least 2 years of management experience or any member who has served on the AIM Board and has made significant contribution to the development of AIM or any person who has been a management instructor or a trainer for at least 8 years and has written researched papers or authored book(s) on the management subjects may be accredited as a Fellow of the AIM provided he or she pays annual fee of $US280.

EQUIVALENCY

In keeping with the provisions of its predecessor, AIM will continue to grant equivalency to its professional mebers as follows: Associate AA degree dedree equivalency, Member, BA with two years or more experience in management position BA equivaloencyand MA with 5 years and more experience. Any person accredited as a Fellow of AIM an equivalncy of PhD.

CERTIFICATE AND DIPLOMAS

All paying members will receive a letter of accreditation.  AIM certificates and Diplomas will be issued to members who pay appropriate printing and shipping cost in advance.

APPEAL

A member may appeal for review of his/her accrediting if additional evidence is provided and a review fee of $US10 is paid at the time of appeal for re- grading.
